About a year ago I visited Venezuela. I had stayed in a guesthouse called the Posada Don Carlos. It was a big mansion with nice raised ceilings and beautiful wooden furniture. It even had a giant garden that surrounded the mansion.

I also visited the Margarita Island. It had mountains for hiking, oceans for swimming and surfing, and of course lots of natural land full of colorful creatures. When I went I went swimming, surfing, and hiking, which was cool because I got to see lots of new landscapes

Plus I took a boat ride down the longest river in Venezuela, the Orinoco Delta. On the ride I saw lots of different creatures such as piranha catfish and small crocodiles. I also saw the Warao people who live in houses built on stilts. At the end it split into lots of other littler rivers Overall, it was a very fun trip to Venezuela.
